Laura Howard CF-L1
I started my CrossFit journey about 2 years ago after my husband and I were done growing our family. We have 4 children all at various ages, so that always keeps us on the move. I fell in love with CrossFit from the start. It was my time to myself and I love the strength I gain from it.
It helps me in the everyday life of being a mom and working a full time job.
I wanted to become a coach to help others prioritize their health and strength and to show people that CrossFit is for everyone.
